Nice idea for an improvement on PDA Screen Protectors…
I just bought a pack of Fellowes WriteRight screen protectors for my 5550. First of all, they are the biggest pain in the world to put on. Plus they’re just a tad short and so your stylus will drop a that 0.3mm when you hit the end at the bottom. Now here’s a novel idea. First make sure that the screen protectors fit perfectly! Second why not engineer these just a tad better, put microscopic air holes in the polymer so that there is no worry about air bubbles appearing when you put it on. Lastly to remove them easier why not include a little sticky tag in each package so you can just press down gently on the protector while it’s on the screen to more easily peal it off. Now on the other hand, Jon reminded me that on his Casio em-500 it “didn’t matter on the casios, you just laid it there and the tabs go into the sides and it’s over”. While I know that’s definitely not perfect, it sure as hell is easy

The 5550 has a bigger screen than some others
I know people who have ipaqs withthe same sized screen and have flush fitting protecters. With air holes.

True but when you buy screen protectors that have the model number of your PDA you expect them to fit perfectly. If I had bought a pack that just said iPAQ then maybe it’d be okay if they were just a tad small.
