Hello Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA
Well I recently bought a condo on Capitol Hill. So far I’m loving it, it took a lot of haggling and going back and forth but when done I think I got the better deal. It’s a small open one bed that’s 610 sq ft. Yes this is small, but really after thinking about what I really need, it’s more than enough room. Even more so now that my update has begun.
Anyway, this post really was just meant to show the place and show the progress as I move, build, and move, and hopefully finish up.
First are the pics of the place prior to any move and any work. then next we have construction photos of the first half of the loft space, this is the work done to create the office portion. It has already added another 120 sq. ft. of liveable space.

I’ll try and add more and update everything. Crap is everywhere right now and the place is a mess. There are currently only 3 pieces of furniture in the place, a Dacke kitchen island from Ikea and two barstools. Am seriously hoping today will be the day I find all the furniture for this place, or at least some of it.
